Potato Chips with Dressing
Material:
- 300g potato (yellow skin),
- 50g vegetable oil,
- 10g sesame oil,
- 8g pea starch,
- 2g salt,
- 1g ground pepper,
- 10g white granulated sugar,
- some tomatoes and
- 1g monosodium glutamate
How to make:
- Potatoes peeled, cleaned, cut into 2mm slices;
- Place the slices in boiling water for seconds;
- Remove excessive water and stir the slices with salt;
- Heat a pan over big fire, put some vegetable oil in the plan and place the potato slices in the pan over medium fire;
- Fry the slices until they turn golden;
- Remove excessive oil and place the slices in a dish;
- Leave a little oil in the pan, place the freshly made tomato juice in the pan and add some slat, white granulated sugar and a little bit water;
- Stir-fry the juice with water starch, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil evenly and pour the dressing on the potato slices;
- Spread some ground pepper before serving.
