Buchymix USA Returns & Refund Policy

At Buchymix, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Our goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made directly from www.buchymix.com, you may return your product within 30 days of placing your order for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@buchymix.com or +1 (888) 760-1021 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your product.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Buchymix does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping charges.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product was purchased directly from www.buchymix.com.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of placing your order.
  • The product must not be marked as Final Sale.
  • The returned product must meet one of the following conditions:
    • New: Unused and returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and promotional materials.
    • Used: Clean, in good working condition, and free from physical damage caused by misuse or abuse.
  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included with the return.

Please Note

  • A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for products returned in an unclean or unsanitary condition.
  • We strongly recommend using the original packaging to help protect your product during transit.

Return Inspection & Refunds

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers assume all risk of loss or damage while the product is being returned to Buchymix.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your refund has been been processed.

International Orders

If an international customer refuses delivery of an order or declines to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, Buchymix reserves the right to deduct any return shipping charges, customs fees, and related costs from the customer's refund.

Restocking Fees

Buchymix reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a 25% restocking fee, or the replacement value of any missing parts or accessories (whichever is greater), if:

  • Parts or accessories are missing.
  • The product is returned damaged due to misuse or inadequate packaging.
  • The product is returned in a condition that significantly reduces its resale value.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
