Returns & Exchange
Buchymix stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period, we are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective due to manufacturer flaws.

*Please note that if your order was fulfilled by Amazon and within 30 days of receiving, please contact Amazon directly for replacement or refund.
RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT
- Please contact email@example.com with your it the request.
- We will review the request. After approval, we will send you a RMA number with a return label by email.
- Please print out a copy of invoice and insert to the package.
- Pack the product securely and affix the shipping label
- Ship to us via corresponding carrier.
- We will test the defective units and process your request accordingly
- Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products being returned are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- RMA numbers may also be obtained by contacting Buchymix Support within the warranty period for products. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days after issue.
Any item that is returned to Buchymix must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.
In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
After you’ve submitted a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.
In some cases we may not need to have the item returned but in the cases that we do, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
Please note that we do not offer any international shipping return Label of any kind. International customers are responsible for all the return shipping charges.
