Buchymix stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded.

Return Policy:

We're happy to accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer free return labels for products returned for refund.

Item(s) must be:

• In its original, undamaged condition

• In its original packaging. Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a box that’s similar to the original.

There are items that can’t be returned:

• Open Box (Items Cannot be Returned or Replaced)

• Clearance/Final Sale Items 

Return Shipping Fee

Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method.

Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period, we are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective due to manufacturer flaws. Most times it takes just a phone call to fix the problem so feel free to give us a call ( +1888-760-1021l ) or share a video via Whatsapp Number +18626214412. If not resolved, we will have you return it for repair or replacement.

*Please note that if your order was fulfilled by Amazon and within 30 days of receiving, please contact Amazon directly for replacement or refund.

RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT

1. Please contact support@buchymix.com  with your order number in the request.
2. We will review the request. After approval, we will send you a RMA number with a return label by email. Our return label is not free. You can also use your own label/preferred shipping method.
3. Please print out a copy of the invoice/receipt and include it in the package.
4. Pack the product securely and affix the shipping label
5. Ship to us via corresponding carrier.
6. We will test the defective units and process your request accordingly. 
7. We do not issue refunds on used products. 25% restocking fee will be charged on used item(s) returned for refund. 
8. We do not issue international return labels of any kind.

     Return Packaging

All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, and must be sent within 30 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Buchymix, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 25% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, Buchymix reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

Please note that we do not offer any international shipping return Label of any kind.This includes Canada and United Kingdom. International customers are responsible for all the return shipping charges.
