Buchymix ships with FedEx, UPS and USPS for our deliveries.
We usually ship same or next business day but as a result of a high volume of orders, our processing and shipping may be delayed. Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Buchymix.com does not offer any free shipping and returns internationally and customs fee may apply depending of your country. Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties or taxes. If package is returned to Buchymix due to customer's refusal to pay applicable customs fees, Buchymix will refund the cost of product only the excluding shipping fees. Delivery fees are not refundable once product(s) is shipped by Buchymix.com
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Buchymix as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@buchymix.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Buchymix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United Parcel Service (UPS) directly at 1-800-742-5877 or FedEx directly at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800-463-3339 . Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to UPS and FedEx.
Cancelled Orders
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders within 2 hours of placing of placing your order by contacting support@buchymix.com.
