Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• Potatoes 3 pound
• Salt ¾ teaspoon
• Black pepper according to taste
• Butter ¼ cup
• Heavy cream ¾ cup
• Chicken stock 1, ¼ cup

Directions

• Put the chicken stock, potatoes along with the salt and black pepper in the Buchymix pot
• Put on the lid and make sure that the valve is on the seal
• Set the magic pot at the manual setting
• The pot will keep on displaying the food’s status
• When the time completes, turn the valve to the venting
• Open the lid and start mashing the potatoes into the pot
• Add some cream to the mashed potatoes
• Mix it properly until it turns into a smooth mixture
• Add more salt or pepper according to your need
