My order was received in a timely manner but I was disappointed when I opened the package and the food processor bowl was broken. I got in touch with customer service via email and they wasted no time in replacing it. Items seem to be of good quality, I can’t wait to use them .

I enjoy using the food processor. So many uses and makes cooking fun and easy. The only downside for me is that the measuring cup came broken/cracked and I've tried reaching out to their customer service several times but nothing has been done about it. This is quite disappointing and discouraging. They need to do better in resolving issues like this.

Great appliance. Easy to use and it helps cut down cook time. I am enjoying it

The uses are endless. So many useful attachments. It cuts down time in the kitchen. The quality is superb. Once, the motor was forgotten, submerged in water. Let it dry for days, and it works.
