Buchymix ships with FedEx, UPS and USPS for our deliveries.
Processing Orders & Shipping
We usually ship same or next business day but as a result of a high volume of orders, our processing and shipping may be delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work our hardest to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We look forward to making Buchymix a part of your kitchen!
Shipping Area
Free Shipping (U.S. Domestic):
We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states). Please note that Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded from this offer.
International Shipping & Customs:
Free returns are not available for international orders. Additionally, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. Customers are fully responsible for any customs fees imposed by their local authorities.
If a package is returned to Buchymix.com due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs fees, we will issue a refund for the product(s) only, excluding any shipping charges.
Shipping Fees & Refunds:
Shipping fees paid by Buchymix.com are non-refundable once the product has been shipped.
In the event that a customer refuses international delivery, a refund can only be processed after the shipment has been returned to us.
Undeliverable Packages
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Buchymix as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@buchymix.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Buchymix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United Parcel Service (UPS) directly at 1-800-742-5877 or FedEx directly at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800-463-3339 . Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to UPS and FedEx.
Cancelled Orders:
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders within 2 hours of placing of placing your order by contacting support@buchymix.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation. To request a return please check out our return page
