Amazing Blenders!

I am so excited about the product. It’s performing well and chomping through everything we throw at it. I like the different speed settings that helps to achieve different consistencies.
I do however wish the manual was abit more detailed to explain the automatic timer that goes off once you select a speed setting and turns off the blender to avoid overheating. I am a first time user so I found that confusing — and I’m still trying to navigate.
It doesn’t stop me from giving them 5 stars because it works really well.

Looking my forward to the food processor in the near future.

Works like magic, especially the automatic timer feature that gives the machine rest before resuming blending again

The blender’s motor gets hot and brings out smoke. There is a need to improve it. It is a professional blender, I don't expect to see such irrespective of the number of uses per time.
