Potato Chips with Dressing

Material: 

  • 300g potato (yellow skin),
  • 50g vegetable oil,
  • 10g sesame oil,
  • 8g pea starch,
  • 2g salt, 
  • 1g ground pepper,
  • 10g white granulated sugar,
  • some tomatoes and
  • 1g monosodium glutamate

How to make:

  1. Potatoes peeled, cleaned, cut into 2mm slices;
  2. Place the slices in boiling water for seconds;
  3. Remove excessive water and stir the slices with salt;
  4. Heat a pan over big fire, put some vegetable oil in the plan and place the potato slices in the pan over medium fire;
  5. Fry the slices until they turn golden;
  6. Remove excessive oil and place the slices in a dish;
  7. Leave a little oil in the pan, place the freshly made tomato juice in the pan and add some slat, white granulated sugar and a little bit water;
  8. Stir-fry the juice with water starch, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil evenly and pour the dressing on the potato slices;
  9. Spread some ground pepper before serving.
