Ginger, Orange and Potato Juice

Material: Potatoes, gingers and fresh tangerines.

How to make: Potatoes and gingers peeled, cleaned, cut into 2cm-long and 1cm-wide cubes and put into the Slow Juicer for juicing; add some tangerine juice before serving.

Effect: This juice can help regulate the stomach, strengthen the spleen and regulating qi to alleviate pain.
